We are travelling around Oz. We needed to replace our wiring loom on our alco esc unit. The guys at Ballarat City Caravans were awesome. We ran into trouble with fuses blowing once loom was replaced. Their repair guys found that one of the drum magnets had overheated which was what had caused the wiring loom diode to melt in the first place so magnet had to be replaced as well. None of it was any trouble for these guys and the end invoice wasn't as bad as we thought it would be. Highly recommend theses guys. They got our van booked in in a timely manner as well. Awesome customer service

2nd time I've taken my great old 22ft Roadstar van into City caravans for upgrades. Both times service & quality of work has been excellent. Thanks to Peter & the team out the back for a professional & friendly experience!
